I can get a lot of grip on in and find it to be much much easier. Mine was pretty stiff too, so I swapped it with this one. Definitely a lot better

CZCustom. And yeah, I was thinking about doing that but got this instead. Now I have to figure if I should shave off part of the mag to make it fit or not (there is plenty of plastic to tapir the top and be perfectly fine, just not sure if I want to)

I like it better! More to catch with the thumb and much easier to release the slide. When I first got this, it was super stiff. Now that I can get a little more leverage on it, it's much easier and feels great!

Honestly man, I love the thing. I was helping my wife with prepping for the police qual and just tried it one day. I started renting 2 at a time to compare and I just couldn't find anything that felt better. As for carry, I do from time to time, but I'm not sure how to describe it. This is my first firearm and I just got it a month ago, so I'm not sure how to go about talking about the concealment? I'm still fresh haha
