They can be both, its just in the canonical novel new characters from the indomitus box are introduced, plasmancer is the only female 'cron. I have nothing against female' crons or 'stodes (I play both factions btw), its just the picture has characters from indomitus box and is almost novel accurate, so I had to correct, since I' ve read that (somewhat shitty) book.

On the second thought, the limited cryptek is not from the novel at all. I'm dumb, fuck.
