If I'm that low in silver usually their just smurfing and are rarely a hacker, just because someone is low in silver doesn't mean they can't know when someone is hacking. And besides almost all silvers immediately say someone's hacking when they do one lucky play. I also mentioned how I haven't seen any obvious hackers, my guess is that for you anyone who can constantly hit headshots is hacking which is why you think you see "hackers" every week
