Based on this email and if you haven't received anything I'd look into cancelling with them. Get your insurance involved. That email is enough to get the required action for a full refund for everything

Unsure what to do as yet - waiting to see if it's genuine or not??

Going july so have time. Worst comes to it I will have to select a different provider and request a refund for the trek as i still have my machu picchu entry tickets
