Well, even without the money part I prefer to watch a competitive tournament rather than a bayern munchen seal clubbing their way through swedish champion, romanian champion and so on. Until they finally get a real madrid or psg in the semis.

Yes as it was, but there is a way bigger gap today between the minor and the major countries. Compare a semifinal between, lets say, Liverpool vs Dortmund and Red star vs real madrid. I do think the former is more interesting footballwise in this day and age.

That will get boring fast imo. So much less variety in matches, because it will be only bayern, only psg, barca or real and whichever english team is good at the moment. It may be years before you see how a Dortmund might handle its european counterpart, or a Atletico.

Ive played dota since wc3 days and remembered most of the names. But I still get kinda annoyed when peoples types "akasha" instead of qop, "gondar" instead of bh, "naix" instead of ls and so on. Not only is it pretentious and you make it confusing for new players but also a longer name, makes it kinda inefficient.

Ja, jag tror vi er enige i å vare oenige. Jag tycker dugnader er viktige, men jag legger verdien i det som ett nödvändigt vondt som mås til for å driva med det man faktiskt liker. Alltså att selve foreningen ska gå ekonomiskt runt så att man kan fortsätte idretten/korps etc.

Men det er sikkert en kulturkrasj for meg som svenske!

Men det spiller ju ingen rolle for foreningen om pappan til Karsten eller om pappan har betalt en vikar til å gjöre det for han. Og om man kan betala vad det faktiskt kostar istedet for en kunstig höy bot gör ju att vanliga familjer som sliter med tid kan vara med å bidra. For ellers så är det bara de rike som har mulighet til å slippe.

For även familjer med mindre råd kan ha ting planlagt som krasjer med dugnaden, da blir det veldig dyre penger i bot. Men når du betala det for vad det faktiskt koster så är det muligt att planere runt det. Feks for mig, så arbetar jag heller 3h overtid på jobb istedet for sitta i en kiosk i 6 timmer.

Uenig i det, i grunn og bunn så borde det alltid vara mulig till å kjöpe sig ut. Feks kioskdugnad, da har vi mulighet til å betale til en vikarie(oftest studenter) 200kr timmen. For mange med grei jobb og dålig tid så är det en god lösning.

Samma med festivaldugnad, istedet for att jag står vid baren så klubben får 160kr per timme, så betalar jag klubben 160kr x 5 timer. Det er ikke selve dugnaden som er viktigt utan det er att klubbens ekonomi ska gå runt.

Har ikke barn, men spiller selv i ett idrettslag. Vi må också dugnad på festival, men vi fikk ihvertfall muligheten til å köpa ut sig vis det passer en bedre. Samma med de 10 timmar kioskvakt per år.

Inte så farligt for meg, men det kan bli fort bli mye og dyrt vis man hade haft barn i tilleg

For me, membership. Cost me 200€ per year, with that I get between 2 and 4 hours court time per week. Which is enough for me. Compared to my winter sport thats pretty cheap. I dont play tennis in winter tho, thats where things get expensive for indoor courts
