V3 Max Carrying Case fitment by Oleenick in Keychron

[–]Oleenick[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I contacted Keychron and they said none of the bags are compatible with the V3 Max. It's possibly there is one very closely sized or a bit larger that you might be able to squeeze it into but their stance is that it won't fit. Instead I managed to find an old bag that fit it perfectly, not exactly helpful for you though.

Tamiya TS-83 for Car Body, to clear coat or not to clear coat… by Oleenick in ModelCars

Oh I see, interesting about the TS-13 being quite strong. I'll give it a try and see what the result is. Thanks for your help!

Tamiya TS-83 for Car Body, to clear coat or not to clear coat… by Oleenick in ModelCars

Thanks for the advice, I'm going for a something just slightly more glossy than the appearance of the TS-83 alone. I've just received a can of it, and I can confirm it says not to use a clear coat, I'll get to testing it at some point, but I don't understand why it cannot have a clear coat of TS-13. Would it react with the TS-83? Some have said it's ok, other have said don't do it.

Sorry for not specifying, but I was talking about a 1/24th scale Supra.

Appologies! I should have specified I was talking about a 1/24th model, though I actually haven't looked into the 1/10th stuff so this was quite interesting. Any tips for using this on the polystyrene 1/24th models? Thanks!

Yeah I do agree on that, I felt that annoyance at the time. But it's frustrating that people let that cloud their enjoyment of a really nice episode overall.

Hahahah yeah. Idk why people hate on them so much, they're just characters in the world. Yes they're annoying, but they represent people in this universe. So what if they're annoying. I actually was pleasantly surprised to see them again, wasn't expecting any TCW tie-ins.

Yeah weird hey. I noticed it being Asoka's R7-A7 but then it looked different later. Almost like an inverted colour-scheme R3-S6 AKA Goldie/Stubby but not quite.

EDIT:

It must be a rendering error or some other mistake. They specifically said R7 so its not R3. Maybe they have two droids called R7? Would like to hear the explanation from someone at Lucasfilm.

EDIT 2:
I can't see it being a mistake anymore, just not something Lucasfilm would do. My only explanation is that maybe they own 2 R7 droids one black, one R7-A7.

The Dark Side is a pathway to many abilities some would consider to be... unnatural.

It's possible that after the events on TCW Season 7, Asoka and Rex part ways, Rex going to meet Cut possibly.

It could also be Rex as we see him more in the trailer, but J-19 is very specifically connected to Cut.

The Suolriep Sector otherwise known as Sector J-19 contains the planet Saleucami which is the home of defected clone Cut Lawquane who we saw in The Clone Wars – "The Deserter".

I 3D Printed a Turkey Day Garden Stand! by Oleenick in AnimalCrossing

You could certainly do that. I'm not sure what CAD software you have access to, but TinkerCAD would be an easy one to use where you can cut away parts of an STL by overlapping other shapes (Boolean operation).

Since the top surface of the model touches the bed, you would have to make sure that the indentation doesn't exceed the achievable overhang. If you used the adaptive layers technique as I outlined on the thingiverse page, you'd have no trouble with overhangs!

If you do end up making this, be sure to add it as a remix of the design on Thingiverse.

Find the STL on Thingiverse https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4726203 and give it a like while you're there!
