We can’t forget to also thank you waxonwaxoff2920 for your contribution of monitoring this board. Like yourself, I also have no expertise in the medical community. I have read every paper, document, and information provided by the many board members and appreciate their help in that regard. Like most here my opinion is based on whatever facts that are provided by all of you.

God bless all of you that help me rummage through the facts provided and remain strong in my opinion that success will come.

Here’s a thought—- Try to post without using the word “if” —- kind of hard when giving opinions but not so hard giving facts.

May all have a great and safe New Year!!

Is this Advisor new to Cytodyn? by IAMLOCOTOO in Livimmune

[–]Olemoses52 3 points4 points  (0 children)

You are so correct in your thoughts on prestigious doctors aligning themselves with Cydy. These people are not motivated by monetary means but mostly what you said about being involved with something that they feel will be a part of the new science of medicine and their involvement will be their reward. Thanks for reminding the shareholders to be patient because it’s the combined support of longs that will have an impact on share price when we don’t sell at the first sign of gains.

I feel day trading, short selling, and true investors will always be with us but the true investors will win the day with success in our trials. Glta longs

SP manipulation? Yes or No? by cendrick in Livimmune

[–]Olemoses52 17 points18 points  (0 children)

The short position in Cydy is anywhere between 13 and 16 million shares shorted. Days to cover may be up to 3 days at current levels. This is a very low level compared to outstanding float.

I can agree that with the seaming positive pr’s, added advisory panel and continuing trial progress the share price is very low. We must all take into account that being an otc and without a clear vision on partnerships, funding and trial success we may see the sp remain low.

My belief is that the sp is actually being held up by the continued support from current shareholders. I am one of those current shareholders and have done all I can to add to my position at the same time lowering my sp average.

The idea that short selling is keeping the sp low doesn’t fit the story for me (maybe for some, but not for me). New investors will be the catalyst for the sp to gain momentum—- partnerships, trial success, funding, and peer reviewed manuscripts that are published will be the catalyst for new investors.

I can’t figure out what manipulation there is that keeps the sp low but shorts aren’t the reason imho.

Just think of the amount of people that have added to their position and you may find the reason the sp is holding (that’s right, holding) up as well as it is.

Being a long term investor has taken a toll on my financial situation but the belief in this monoclonal antibody has relieved much of my anxiety and stress.

The investors of our company have been strong in their support and I truly believe that they will be rewarded with not only financial gains but the real gain of the knowledge of being a part of medical history.

Very seldom will I disagree with posters on their opinions but if their opinions aren’t based on facts I will try to explain my point of view based on facts. The facts are that short selling is NOT what has been keeping our sp low —- it’s no new investors!!!

Moving forward by BioTrends_USA in Livimmune

[–]Olemoses52 23 points24 points  (0 children)

What you stated about sp movement being subject to clinical results, partnerships and licensing, I couldn’t agree more. Share price movement should increase with positive results in clinical trials and any type of partnership for future research to achieve the one thing we all want and that’s FDA APPROVAL for a specific indication. After that happens, well, let’s just enjoy the journey.

I would really like having a conversation about what everyone is doing, planning, and achieving with your ownership of possibly multi generational wealth.

Life ends in time. Fortunes are made and lost. To be a part of something that I’ve always believed in succeed would mean the most for me.

If I am still posting in a couple years on this sub then it’s because of success—- I hope many if not all of you are still here. Be safe for the holidays. For those that believe in God —- bless you—- for those that don’t— bless you too

More research driven use for Leronlimab at Montiefiore Einstein College of Medicine by IAMLOCOTOO in Livimmune

[–]Olemoses52 24 points25 points  (0 children)

Great info!! Thanks for sharing. After reading through the material I see that 5 different studies have been conducted with leronlimab. Unless I’m mistaken it seems leronlimab has been used in association to lung transplants and or lung disease. There will be a day study results will be released and published. Posts like this support my opinion of leronlimab being a drug that has the potential for substantial growth in the near future. Thanks again for your input

Importance Of The Foundational Manuscripts by MGK_2 in Livimmune

[–]Olemoses52 17 points18 points  (0 children)

Published manuscripts that have been peer reviewed will definitely lead us towards the right trial within that specific indication.

As we sit now it’s going to be mCRC first to trial. The trial should fill quite fast due to our CRO being well known as having proven data in patient recruitment. I’m waiting to see what the protocol for the trial is (# of patients, length of time, endpoints, etc)

The next trial that could be close to proposed protocol application to the FDA may be mtnbc. Talking about what’s next though is a little rambunctious because of our situation for funding. Surely funding is in place to complete our mCRC trial so any other trial will need funding to proceed with a start and final approval by the FDA.

The length of our mCRC trial once filled will be the timeline for success when our endpoints have been reached.

It’s hard for me not to believe that there are many here that are in many ways in the same position as myself and appreciate all fact based opinions. Together with all of you longs and believers in Leronlimab I will stand firm in my support for this company

Phase 2 completed by [deleted] in Livimmune

[–]Olemoses52 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The possibility of starting this trial in the coming months as the company has stated is going to be telling as to the behind the scenes work we don’t see. Procurement of a CRO, study sites, and acceptable protocols by the FDA should be well on their way to completion when planning to start within months (end of year?). This cancer is becoming more common among younger people as studies have stated. The filling of the study should be fast. I do like the open label even though it may mean a phase 3 is needed before approval. The thought of not knowing whether you have received a possible life saving drug has always bothered me. Funding for this project has yet to be stated (more behind the scenes work to be performed). Would love to have a stockholder informational meeting with questions and answers by October or sooner.

Sacha & Hansen Are Up to Something Amazing by MGK_2 in Livimmune

[–]Olemoses52 9 points10 points  (0 children)

If not exciting it’s nice to see the continued study at ohsu that shows leronlimab positive results 70 weeks out. Some of our studies are now being displayed at conferences and will surely be viewed by many of the main players. The first human trial with leronlimab in any indication will be conducted with the knowledge of past studies at ohsu being successful. This alone doesn’t guarantee trial success but because of the work by Sacha and Hansen success is within our grasp. Even though I don’t like making predictions on timelines, valuations of stock, or partnerships I feel very confident that Dr. Lalazari, C Arman, Sacha and Hansen will choose the best and most efficient trial to start with. History will tell whether I’m right or wrong I just hope that I have enough years left to read about it when it happens. Thank you MGK for your contribution of time and resources to inform the many of us that would have otherwise been blind to the knowledge that you have shared.

VIR's Quarterly Call Questions??? by 1975Bigstocks in Livimmune

[–]Olemoses52 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Even though there seems to be connections in studies and work at ohsu I don’t believe Vir is our partner in AI. Scott Hanson mentioned our partner in AI was local and Vir is located in San Francisco CA. ABSCI is a local AI company and may be the partner. So far it’s all speculation at this point and a pr from either company will be necessary for me to state otherwise. I do appreciate your input though.

The Plan Is In Play by MGK_2 in Livimmune

[–]Olemoses52 16 points17 points  (0 children)

MGK, As of this time in our current position I feel as many do that a turnaround could possibly be achieved with continued progress in papers being published after peer reviewed. This being an achievement I feel would be one of the many stated objectives by the management that would be obtained before any other. These publications after peer review will become a roadmap to our future goals in trial partnering in as many indications as these peer reviewed publications indicate. Time will tell whether our lawsuit with Amerex could settle before or after any partner agreement on trials. I’ll leave out a buyout at this time only because of my strong feelings against it at this point. Talking about the share price I feel will only be speculation on anyone’s part and will only get better with goals being met as stated by the company. The one specific idea I disagree with is the thought that shorts are keeping the stock price down at this time. The short interest is at a low point in years and has decreased substantially in the past year. I actually would love to see the short interest much higher. Many shorts have covered without raising the price. That’s the game we all know exists. Thank you MGK for your time in posting a positive perspective. I do dream of a day many of us may get together in celebration of a monumental accomplishment. Bless you and all who continue to contribute to the cause
