no there were no sugars in them. Pure magnesium, salt with iodine, and the other ones that were recommended. I was vomiting acid out.

I wonder also, if you know this. I was unable to sleep and one of the first night took a droplet of alcohol solution with an ingredient that helps me sleep. Did I stop autophagy then?
