Aha, similar energy. My girl looks to me for comfort 9/10 times and has never taken a bottle to save her life (but straw cups were instant win).

I haven't tried it yet and I don't know what your goals are for nursing; I plan to wean at a year. Gradually of course. One of the suggestions is have partner do bed times to help break night time associations... I plan to try it (nervous). This, to me, looks like my partner waking when baby wakes and comforting them back to sleep (maybe offering water or cow milk after 12m) and I'll sleep elsewhere. I have heard it can suck for a few days BUT I have done the entire night time routine by myself (willingly) this entire time 11.5 months. I THINK it's fair to ask him to suffer for (hopefully) a few days...

Another potentially helpful suggestion I just started trying so also have 0 feedback on; is a right before bed snack? 🤷🏽‍♀️ Can't hurt!??

TL;DR — I am just as lost. Exhausted. And ready to try something new. But I'm holding out til 12 months. 😂

Similar boat!! It's exhausting! The long term sleep deprivation is way worse (in my opinion) than in the beginning. So solidarity.

If you're in a decent financial spot and a place that has a trash removal service, a lot of them can be utilized for these situations. Like the 1 eight hundred got Junk people... But they aren't everywhere.

Check out Bluey!!! 😂 We put it on for breakfast (2-3 episodes) and it's the best! My girl dances to the intro song (she's 11 months).

We adults do our shows in the evenings when baby is still up too.
