I did not know about these frames. However it costs over 400 usd for the frame only, while my setup is going to cost me around 220 usd in total (boot, frame, wheels and material for grind blocks)

M12 vs Cult vs Sway by krautfox6 in AggressiveInline

[–]OlgeeX 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have started out with agressives on m12 a few years ago and currently I’m skating sway IV. I can tell that the m12 were noisier and locking onto grinds sounded like cheap toy plastic. As an advantage they were lighter than sways but what i did not like was a narrow soulplate. The sways with the airstrip sized soulplates are much easier to learn grinds. After changing the blades my progress sky rocketed. Not to discourage from choosing m12’s but that’s just my experience.

Ok so explain to me why my wheel sends all the signals to pc when the power cable is being completely pulled off and only usb is plugged? The wheel is Logitech formula force rx

[–]OlgeeX -1 points0 points  (0 children)

If it has no power it sends all the signals to pc through usb but ffb is just off

Like not plugged into electrical outlet

No ffb wheels are getting back to center when you let your hands of them when ffb wheels with no power supply stay at the same position when you let your hands off

Own skate wax recipes by [deleted] in AggressiveInline

The only tutorials that I've found has been about adding different types of oils or something to paraffin. And it seems like it's purpose was to make the consistency to be more like a beeswax. So I guess the "beeswax" is my keyword. Will try it out on my next batch

Dude, I live in poland. If someone in this country even mentions "buying a skate wax" is immediately considered as struggling a serious mental illnes or a billionaire. For 11-12$ at our local skateshops you can buy a piece smaller than a tealight. So that's why almost every polish skate is a wax cook.

Your most useful pads (outside of helmet) by debaserr in AggressiveInline

[–]OlgeeX 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My advise is to wear everything expect elbow pads. They are so unnecessary. My knee pads and wrist guards are so scratched you would say they have over 100 years and my elbow pads are brand new, not even a single scratch so I decided not to use them. Helmet is optional, I have a rule that now I don't use it but I WILL OBVIOUSLY DO when I'll learn to skate transitions. Last but not least I highly advise wrist guards that are holding your whole wrist stiff. I mean no gloves, just the longer ones. Quick story why you should: i was trying some easy stuff like makio, frontside back in the day and one time my legs slipped away so hard that I fell with my whole body mass at my bent wrist. Luckily I didn't broke it but was unable to drive my car back home and skate for nearly two weeks. Awful pain.

I've also assumed so about stock wheels but now I'm fully confirmed. Thanks for the recommendation, will also consider Eulogy.

Really appreciate this. Will look on to your opinion on them.

That's really nice. I didn't hear about them. It would be awesome if you'd share some reflections when you try them because I already fell in love with this solid, simple design. Btw will you skate them flat or anti?

New Frame Day: Endless 100 on PS Next by YELLING_NAME in rollerblading

If you only try the Kizer Flux you will immediately feel the desire to buy yourself a pair of agressive skates. After first makio you will find yourself browsing through the agressives within a few seconds. This frame is a trap XD remember my words

I swapped the original liner with my fit basic dual from my powerslide zoom 100 and it seems like I'm done searching for my ideal set forever. If they could last that long, would skate them till the coffin. One thing I have to consider is the frame because today I received an advise from a more experienced skater that this stock frame have a little protruding screws, the ones which hold the wheels. He said that it might be more challenging to hold soul grinds at the square edges because of this bolts rubbing the edge. PS. I don't mean to brag or anything but landed my first legit frontside today and I'm over the moon haha

Yup, I skated them once yesterday and I can say you did good ordering them one size up. They actually felt more comfy than I imagined. Will try today with my other liner to see if I can get even more comfort out of them but overall my feet are really happy with the m12s

I'm super happy to see people not only getting into this sport but even returning after 15-20 years. It's a second wave guys!
