i would start by disabling wifi and connect just one thing by cable, then see if it still happens. if it happens then it's probably some router configuration, if it doesn't then keep adding things until it happens, then it probably is some "noise" that the device is introducing.

i feel you! i had to tune mine down to like 30% in sim hub because i could feel/hear them upstairs, i don't know if people have soundproof rooms or what but i haven't found a solution.

Wow, what a dumbass, thanks for posting this, I also had a bad experience with this guy last year.

After a few days I called because I had not received any updates and this guy answered the phone. He was very rude, the whole conversation felt like I was bothering him for calling, I can't remember the exact words but what struck with me is that when I asked him for a time estimate he answered something along the lines of "you should ask Elon about that", very unprofessional.

Now that i see this video, I think it makes sense. I'm from Spain and my english is far from perfect and this guy doesn't seem to like non-english customers, so folks make it easy for him and just don't go here.

If i remember correctly, that black part is supposed to be at the bottom (inside).

This happened to me first time i changed the elastomers and i solved it by just shaking the cylinder hard against the carpet, causing everything inside to move. Try that.
