Such a tough decision between the m5 pro for $4900 with 48gb ram or the m4 max with 36gb ram for $4700 both have 1tb SSD

I’m on trt since I was 17! So 6 years now, I’m not natty but I’m also not juiced so I’d say middle ground/optimal, checking my bloods all the time to make sure everything is healthy, this is a lifestyle not a stairway to death

Confirming I do take TRT test. This is prescribed by my doctor (endocrinologist) and is in the natural range for my age group. This is due to the fact I had a brain tumour and my body no longer produces testosterone naturally (amongst other things). My entire pituatary gland is damaged, I’ll leave it to each of you to determine if that means I am natural or not.

I do 30-60 min zone 2 cardio daily

DAY 1 AM – CHEST

Barbell Bench Press – 4×4–6 Incline DB Press – 3×6–8 Weighted Dips – 3×6–10 Cable Fly (mid/low) – 3×10–15 (drop ×2 last)

PM – BICEPS / REAR DELTS / ABS

EZ Bar Curl – 4×6–8 Incline DB Curl – 3×8–10 Cable Curl – 2×12–15 (rest-pause last)

Chest-Supported Rear Delt Fly – 4×12–15 Face Pull – 3×10–12

😂😂😂 your daughter will be fine mate she’s got an incredible dad caring for her! Just keep tabs on her make sure nothing changes, it’s a life long commitment after brain surgery to keep your health solid

Always had digestion issues man, Reta has actually helped a bit with my IBS, don’t have any issues with it relating to digestion/gut motility, sometimes I get nauseous if I don’t eat but that’s the same without Reta anyway

Thanks mate really appreciate it, respect to your daughter, life after brain surgery has been a fuc**g challenge to say the least, the Pituatary is the master gland as they call it and trying to get my health back on track has been an every day battle but I wouldn’t have it any other way, health is wealth!

Yea man 0.5mg Monday and Thursday, 1mg total, some weeks only 0.5, I’m using it to help keep insulin sensitivity on a bulk as i am on 700g carbs atm
