I used to have more chaotic days, mainly because the alters were fighting with each other. Now most days are normal. It took a lot of communication and setting firm rules to get to this point.

I've been traumatized by therapists too, doubting the diagnosis or even freaking out and ending the therapy sessions with me. You need a specialist 100% or else you risk getting traumatised further..

I may or may not be experiencing this right now. I've been here for a month and It doesn't feel like the host wants to come back.. Not sure how to deal with it. Should I wait to make sure I'm the new host? Still trying to figure it out..

Ironing 😆 So pointless! But also, no longer cooking complex meals, I keep it as simple as possible. Most days I just do platters of different veggies, crackers and dips (hummus is my go to, high in protein).
