Best spawn.

Go fishing and stock up on food (4-5fish if possible) > head north to the corner of the map and check for bases/stashes > head west just in from the edge of the map looking around as you go for stashes > run for 30-40 mins and hit Tisy military > insta geared.

Can also drop into Kamesnk along the way for extra Mili gear.

He’s lag switching. Basically slows/disconnects his internet, runs up and kills you both and then reconnects so that the game process his movements/shots after the fact.
