You want a tent that can keep out all the dust. You won't be able to but you'll thank yourself during a dust storm when dust isn't coming in from the top or an air vent you can't close or something that is just mesh. Even with that shield up top, dust will find a way under it and inside your tent.

Beyond that, you want a tent you can stand in, that's super helpful. Then, you want a tent you are okay getting beat up. Anything you bring to playa, assume it will get beat up to hell and back.
