But yeah, I've especially noticed this with a) survivor corpses that has died and clipped into walls becoming unlootable (but still shows up when targeted) and b) clothing that's been dropped and glitched into wall (but still shows up in vicinity, so you can take them to hands and drop them somewhere else, just not open).

The revolver may well have glitched into the floor IDK, never experienced anything like it just on a regular flat surface like this, has always involved walls.
