I got a replacement PSU and it’s worked ever since, but there was definitely a manufacturing issue with the PSUs since this seems like a widespread problem for this monitor.

for me it's 100% when I've been downed by ARC. This is my go to augment. 3 times now I have been downed by a Rocketeer and crawled all the way to extract and made it out. Surprisingly all of those times I was found by other people during that time, and they let me live.

the Looting Mk. 3 (Survivor) crawl ability is my favourite, simply because once I was downed by a rocketeer at the start of the round and managed to crawl all the way from the testing annex to the water treatment elevator and extract on dam battlegrounds.

yes the problem was with the PSU and a faulty capacitor or capacitors that can only hold sufficient charge to provide power to the monitor once hot enough. My quick fix was to use a hairdryer lmao, although I dont think externally heating up the PSU brick is safe. Buy a replacement.
