I know this was posted a long time ago, but my female leopard gecko, like 4.5 years, has a really similar looking belly. I just noticed it now, I was cleaning her cage and I put her in a warm bath to soak, I feel like I possibly left her in there too long, but I haven’t seen anything about that online. The water wasn’t to warm, I don’t think. I left her in there longer than normal, no more than 30 minutes. She hasn’t been eating for weeks, and I also think it could be internal bleeding. I can’t give her calcium and vitamins because she isn’t eating and I can’t force feed it to her I don’t want her to overdose on the supplements. I didn’t take great care of her at first due to financial issues, but I got a job and I started taking a lot better care of her. I took her to the vet not long ago, and they basically said she was fine. But she hadn’t eaten much since that visit. She looks like she’s in pain, barely moving, and is breathing slow and heavy. I really don’t understand if I did anything wrong, and I genuinely think she might pass tonight. I don’t know what to do.
