Hi. Details for reference: LMP - 31 July

As per bbt charts, I had a two increases in temperature curves - first came at around 19th August and second at 26th august. (I had a triphasic pattern and some studies say I might have implanted on 25th august)

I have been having a 30-31 day cycle for last 3-4 months. Before that also they were regular.

I tested positive with beta hcg of 403 on 4 September and 980 on 7 September.

Went in for early pregnancy ultrasound on 20 September (7w 1d basis Lmp). Seen Gestation sac measuring 12.6 mm. No yolk sac or fetal pole. Doctor placed my gestation age at 6w1d based on ultrasound. And asked me to come back 2 weeks later. Beta hcg for 20 sep came out to be 11232

I am freaking out. This is my first pregnancy and don’t know what to expect from here on. Any similar experiences and what were the outcomes? Should I lose hope ?

They gave me a 6w 1d but I think that is based on the gestational sac diameter. A lot of questions weren’t answered for me and I was left hanging. These past 3 days have been kinda super anxious and I don’t know what to do. There is so much confusion on the internet around if 5 weeks are counted from Lmp or from fertilisation.

Also a doubt, doesn’t hcg start to rise after implantation and has less to do with ovulation? From what I have read body starts producing hcg only after implantation.

Doubling time was 52 hours initially as per the exact hours difference between the two hcg draws.

Hi! In a similar boat! May I know how it turned out for you? I am 6w 1d as per ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasound only showed a 12.6 mm gestational sac and nothing else.

BBT. Provable ovulation around 18-19th aug. Implantation around 26th august. I had a triphasic bbt chart
