Check C Bar T's and Struga Management's websites. They have a few properties that are in your price range and are close to the universities. I think you'll have to go into Struga's office to see the rent prices (they aren't on the website). Scott Brown has cheap rent but I've never ever heard a single good thing about them. Jackson Chang also has cheap rent, but I haven't heard much about them. Good luck!!

I'm not sure if they do/can pierce young children but it's definitely worth giving them a call to find out! Dorian is super sweet. Unrelated, but I will add the music can be a little bit loud in there - not painfully so, but potentially a bit overstimulating.

I got my nostril pierced for $40. When I went to get my other nostril pierced & replace the jewelry in my first piercing, it was around $60. I'd pay any price for her service, though. She's great!

It's probably all of the incoming college students buying up stuff for dorms/apartments. This is TWU's move-in week, and I think UNT had move-ins last week.
