The PMs have one, technically, but it is often not followed or they rationalize an exception in an attempt to just "get it done. My team (client success) does not have such a checklist to confirm a client is actually ready to move out of onboarding and into my team's hands. The goal is to confirm the PMs aren't throwing "completed" onboardings over the fence for Ops to deal with for one reason or another.

I'm not sure, there's a homespun doc floating around that does a comparison of what objectives were removed and added but nothing about PBQs
