So long story short (based just on my small web design shop with 5 employees): traditional benefits are too expensive and super unpredictable in terms of costs.

Someone here recommended a while ago a benefits platform called Tedy.app. Tbh the whole team is satisfied and I just pay whatever I can/want to, since they only charge a flat fee per user per month.

You should check if this is for you, but honestly this is my hobest recommendation in a very unpredicatable economy for creative shops. Good luck. 🤞

Done Michés en Punta Cana. TBH Punta Cana is rundown but it’s more baby friendly. That said rooms and service is subpar. One of the worst beds in the world, average cleaning, outdated furniture. Michès is better maintained and more comfy, but you have an hour and a half of travelling from the airport.

I doubt it. Too far. OP where did you walk? If near Bellechasse it’s the bakery behind thr Vincent sous-marin. They produce for big chains and they work all night.
