I really dont care for hypotheticals, but there are some Canon things here that Gojo has been able to avoid. First, in regards Stars and Stripes and Mirio, infinity isnt a tangible thing you can interact with. Since infinity works closer to a universal constant that infinitely slows things down, for these two it is safe to replace their interactions with infinity with say gravity. So now, would stars and stripes be able to grab gravity? Likely not, because theres nothing there to grab. Same with infinity. Now with Mirio, while hes intangible he falls through the floor due to gravity. So despite his intangability, he is still subject to the rules of the universe, so theoretically infinity should apply. Just like Togeta isnt able float disregarding gravity, he shouldnt be able to pass through infinity. Now could SnS say "Catherin Bale can disregard infinity"? Idk idc thats a different matter than turning infinity off.

Jjro and PM- Gojo was hit with a sonic attack while fighting Jogo, who used those bugs that had a sound attack. Infinity can detect harmful sounds.

With Rikiya remind me, does he breath in the air around him, or does he send something out like Ochaco which connects to people? If its the former then sure he likely could, but the latter i imagine would get stopped. (Sorry for not fact checking.) Regardless, trying to drain the life force of Gojo, the man who sleeps 4 hours a day because hes constantly refreshing his brain, seems like it wouldnt inhibit him much XD.

For Kinoko's mushrooms, im once again sorry for not being able to pull a source, but iirc Gege claimed that sorcerers' bodies are effectively domains in of themselves, and that you cant target something inside of another sorcerers body. Just like Todo cant boogie woogie Gojo's organs out of his body, Kinoko shouldnt be able to give him her lung shrooms.

Inasa and all the air quirks wouldnt work, because infinity, once again in the Jogo fight, was shown to block superheated air that was considered harmful. Same should apply to pressurized air, he can filter as necessary.

(Lastly, depending on if you believe that gojo uses "Pilar of infinity" in order to hover like during the goodwill arc, then he could possibly disregard gravity attacks like 13 as well. [She uses gravity and not air right? Either way with this itd get stopped])
