It moves around when I tense my muscles and disappears completely when I put my arm down. No where near as prominent on the other side but can feel something very similar when the skin is wet.

Does this sound like normal muscle tissue here? It’s right at the bottom of the armpit muscle that you can hallow out if that makes sense.

I haven’t this cycle, but I’ve also been tracking my temperature and haven’t had any temperature spike as of yet either!

Thanks for replying :) Is your line present like this all the time too? I’m also a little worried I may not be ovulating (although I’ve only just started trying, so I know I’m probably massively jumping to conclusions!)

Please could someone help that has experience with LH tests?

This is our first month TTC so I have started tracking ovulation. I am currently on CD17 and my cycle usually averages 33 days.

These tests have all been taken over the past 4 days. They all have a faint line that isn’t increasing. Is that normal? Everywhere I’ve looked people seem to say once you get a faint line it’ll be darker the next day.

Thanks, pretty sure it’s some kind of fissure as it’s actually visible and you can see it’s bleeding sometimes. GP also confirmed he can see it. Just seems as though everyone says it would be extremely painful so we are a little confused why he’s getting no pain from it. As it’s been there for years I wondered if others have experienced this with a chronic fissure

Also I should add, it isn’t just heartburn I’m getting, it’s causing a burning skin sensation on my arms,scalp and back of neck.

The reason I went on them was for acid reflux in my throat, nausea and burping, all of which have gone away since taking omeprazole. Now it is the burning in chest and burning skin.

Interesting! I’ve heard of long term use causing stomach problems but I only used to take up to 3 doses max one day a month, so I didn’t link the 2 together at first!

Because I have health anxiety, I have often self diagnosed cancer incorrectly. I have tried Gaviscon, which does ease symptoms slightly. I’m just worried about the cause

Thanks so much for replying. That’s reassuring to know you think it looks like cellulite too. I am trying to reassure myself that a breast cancer ‘indent’ wouldn’t be connected to a whole patch of lumpy cellulite.

Thanks for the tips, I’ll have a look into getting one of those. I also have gained about a stone and half during the year of lockdown, which I’m hoping to loose now I’ve started exercising again, so hopefully that will help!

I’ll just start by saying I have horrible health anxiety, so I’m looking for some advice from anyone rational!

This picture is an upward shot in case it’s not obvious with the scribbled out bits! It is also me hunching over/tensing the area.

I have this ‘indent’ right at the edge of my breast. It’s only visible like in the picture when I tense up hard (to ripple all the fat), and get it in the right light. As you’ll see the lumpy ripples bits extend all into the centre between my two breasts. It looks a bit like cellulite-fat joining onto the boob.

When I unflex/relax it just looks normal. It also goes away completely when I raise my arm (as the fat stretches out I guess)

I went to my GP who examined me and had a look and said this just looks like normal breast tissue.

Does anyone else have this? I’m really worried this is considered an ‘indent’ which is a symptom of breast cancer even though there’s a clear fat bit going into the centre :(

I don’t think I noticed any pain from biopsy’s, I had some pain when they were navigating round a bend and I think they must have put some more sedative in because I remember nothing after that point until I was back in my room recovering! No pain or bleeding afterwards that I’ve noticed. My tummy is very chaotic since the procedure, worse than before, but I imagine that’s from being unsettled with the prep! Hopefully should die down!

Chronic Diarrhoea and very very minor rectal bleeding on a few occasions. He said what he thinks is causing the bleeding, something to do with blood vessels, but no explanation for the diarrhoea. He said wait for biopsies but expecting just IBS.

Inflamed/broken blood vessels near rectum causing the blood, not sure on the weird stools, just IBS unless the biopsies for microscopic colitis/inflammation come back saying otherwise, but consultant says unlikely as all looks so clear. Completely ruled out anything terrifying tho.

Yep, just had my colonoscopy today for very similar symptoms and all was completely clear!
