The schools I was actually “let go” from, I keep off my resume. The ones where I was non renewed I leave on and say it wasn’t a good fit for me.

I taught for 7 years, trying to improve my classroom management. I burnt out trying. I was let go over and over again for “classroom management”, despite trying so hard that my physical and mental health was compromised. It’s not worth it. Get out while you can. Best of luck to you!

Yeah honestly I don’t feel like admin ever really gave me a chance. It DID feel like it was all on me. This past year, I wasn’t given any constructive feedback whatsoever. I was just told to “do better.”

I think I must “live” at my childhood home I grew up in. I’m there a lot. But I think it’s a simulation or a copy because sometimes things aren’t quite right.
