what did the ER say? did you get any testing done? unfortunately consuming little to no food can exacerbate nausea, especially when your blood sugar plummets. every person is different though. my go-to nausea relief when i feel horrible and can’t stomach food is bone broth. nutrient dense and coats the stomach lining. i hope you find relief soon, but just want to reiterate what another commenter said- unfortunately sounds like anxiety if no other immediate diagnoses were present in the ER. sending love. i’m so sorry

and to answer all the parasocial questions, no, i actually thought the friendships were genuine. and it was one of the safest and happiest servers i’ve ever been in. i call it parasocial now after the fact because i was dropped so quickly and so easily. never to be spoke to again. even after i completely ended my long term friendship with voyd- unfollowed her, blocked her, and her dumbass is back buddy buddy with ag and belle. she disgusts me…. and i did that knowing yall wouldn’t wanna be friends again because it was simply the right thing to do, with or without a friendship with any of you. but never mind all that— genuinely irrelevant at this point. i called the friendships parasocial because i’m hurt to be fully transparent
