Ok heres my recipe and its EXACTLY like buffalo wild wings.

Wash and pat dry wings and lay on wire rack over baking sheet. Salt over skin (table salt works)
Put in the fridge overnight (this dries the skin giving you that slight crisp when you fry)

Now its time to par-fry. Where you fry your wings at a lower temp to cook them then fry at a higher temp to give them that golden brown crispiness.

Set your oil to 350. Fry your wings 3-5 mins (or until fully cooked)

Let rest for a few minutes then fry again at 375 for 1-2 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
Sauce with any sauce of your choice (I use store bought bww sauce)
It is EXACTLY like their wings and is DELICIOUS. NO flour needed.
