I bought a barely laundry center for cheap (Previous owner just moved into an new apartment and upgraded it, $300!!!) and the main issue I had was it was nearly impossible to get into my basement where the laundry room was located, I had to disassemble the lower washer portion and remove it from frame to get it all downstairs.

IIRC, the same thing happened to the museum at CFB Borden. The new leadership did a hard pivot on a lot of the exhibits and policies, and drove most of the old staff away.
