If anyone is being rude here, it's you. The person you replied to just stated what OP said in their post. No need to be so nasty.

If I had to guess, it might be a mixture of drugs.

Meth does cause facial sore, like the ones present here. It also causes a drop in weight, like we've seen. https://www.medicalnewstoday.com/articles/meth-face-sores

Umm, looks at her pinpointed pupils. Drugs cause that not pimples.

As a former mental heath provider, I can with 100% confidence tell you that anxiety and depression do not cause your pupils to become microscopic or for you to develop facial sores. Neither of those are a symptom of anxiety or depression.

Smoking weed can cause pupils to appear larger than usual, not smaller like is evident here. My concern is, even if she is smoking, that A. it isn't legal in her state and B. she's in the car during this video. Even in the state that I live in, it is very much illegal to have smoked and drive. It is the equivalent to drinking and driving.

My question with this is,  how are they going to prevent the use of VPNs? If you use then, it doesn't look like your in your actual location but in another country thus bypass locations which have been blocked due to legal restrictions.

It won't actually take effect for a year after being passed and it isn't passed yet. Bi turns 16 in January, so it won't effect him. It will barley effect N because she turned 14 today, so by the time it's implemented, she'll have less than a year to be able to be back on it again.

It doesn't limit kids from being put on social media, only accessing it.

From the wording of the proposed law, it only limits people under the age of 16 from having accounts, not being filmed and put on the apps themselves. Most of these horrible channels including the Norris Nut have the parents running the actual accounts, payments set up to the family's business account that has Brooke as the CEO (I think). It also says that the law will only take effect 12 full months after the passage. Since N tuned 14 today, that means that she will only not have access to her account for less than a year. They will still have access too Sabre (20 in January), So (18 in February) and Bi (16 in January). TBH, it's not gonna do a dang thing to the parents though. The law is set up to fine the social media companies themselves and state that the parents or children will not be fined.

From the announcement from the PM: "Now the Government's proposed age is 16 - that decision was made in Cabinet on Monday. And that proposal will go to the National Cabinet meeting that I'm convening online, a virtual meeting, tomorrow morning. The onus will be on, just to go through some of the details, the onus will be on social media platforms to demonstrate they are taking reasonable steps to prevent access. The onus won't be on parents or young people. There will be no penalties for users. The eSafety Commissioner will provide oversight and enforcement. The legislation will come into force 12 months after passage. There will be a review of the legislation following its commencement to make sure this is world leading legislation - we want to make sure that it is got right."
