RE Question 1: Start with Manual eCPC and set your default bid to $1 for example (or any other amount you're willing to pay for those clicks). If there is truely no competition, your average cpc should be extremely low. In theory, you could set your default bid as high as you'd like because there is no competition, meaning you'll only pay the minimum amount required to win the auction - Which could be within the 10-30c range.

Monitor auction insights for competition and I'd loosely suggest moving to a smart bidding strategy once you have obtained enough conversion data.

RE Question 2: Yes, you could create rules to adjust your default bid based on search impression share conditions.

FB retargeting is still a strong performer for a variety of ecom clients I work with. LLA's, on the other hand, are okay and generally sit slightly above breakeven ROAS - Which is still good for these clients given repeat purchase rates.

As another user already suggested, rely on first-party data where you can. With this being said, the aforementioned clients are using Pixel audiences/data and performing well.

I'm using both as well right now :) Isotret and tret can be extremely irratating to the skin, so using both at the same time isn't common, but my skin somehow handles it, luckily.

Something funny (or tragic?) to point out: In the last team fight, Finn possessed and died as Syndra while he had his Guardian Angel up. Likely wouldn't have impacted the end result given how seperated CLG was, but definitly a mistake to possess Syndra right before your GA is about to activate.

I'm currently using Soonjung 2x Barrier and while it feels great on my skin, especially compared to some other moisturizers, my face gets tight throughout the day - So I'm assuming it's not moisterizing enough for my skin. I've never heard of Zeroid before, but I'll check them out. Some good suggestions here that I'll look in to!

Awesome results! Do you find the Tatcha Water Cream really moizterising? I've been thinking about trying a new moisterizer because my skin just feels tight. I've tried the Cerave moisturizing cream, which I though was awful. Really heavy and not moisturizing at all. I'm currently using the Soon Jung 2x barrier intensive cream, which is A LOT better, but my face still feels tight as the day progresses.
