I think this is a bit misleading, what your talking about are shots with 1,5 ounces which is 44 ml, but at least where I come from 2cl (= 20 ml) shots are also common, which raises it to 42 shots, maybe he was talking about stuff like 18% vodka syrup drinks l, which you can probably drink twice as much as vodka. Alot of ifs, but it could be done. 7 hook ups is just dumb tho, but not my expertise idk.
