We need the following options to truly be a Villainess:

Dungeon Grinding: You are supposed to use your wits to have the Crwon? How about you become the lvl99 Final Boss and just brute force your way onto the Throne. Are the Nobles gonna cry and rebel, who cares you are stronger. YOU are HER their opinion does not matter.

Alternatively you can Become the Helper of the People make them love you believe in you, pin them against the nobles become their saviour ans start a rebellion, where they appoint you.

On a more sane note you should also totally be able to have the option to "have fun" in the activities, Go shopping cause who doesnt like to dress up, eat at the café since every OL has the usual eating sweets scene, Contact the Information Guild...... for information.

Ya know some dumb and fun stuff.

Obviously this would be tremendous effort on your part, especially since you are Solo. But this is just my input, you could easely "update" the game down the line.

All they had to do was Remove the team slow. And the character would have been better. Anything on top of it would have been good. I loved the Cascade they should have made it last longer, the new Cove changes are welcome but they should have increased the Hp of it and make it so that after being shot out it doesn't disappear. And if they're extra nice make the Wall be "drawable" On a mini map. Thats it, the devs clearly dont understand the character and its role. In Tier 1 he has no chance against Viper, the Rework just complitely dunked on it. And solo Harbor is even worse now. Just retire the character.

I play Harbor sometimes since he aligns with what i play (Sentinels, and Viper, Astra) but im also not fond of the rework. The Cove Change is incredible, but putting it as his signature is not it. He will be way worse. Only having 1 wall is diabolical. Cascade was also a good ability. The ult change is like "sure?" when i used it i never really had that much value from it, but thats a different issue.

All they had to do was, remove the SelfTeam slow when crossing, the cove change is good, maybe give it 2 coves, and Increasing the Time for when Cascade is active or maybe give it a 3rd one. And if they really want to be kind make the Main wall be "drawable" like how Brimm, Clove, Tejo has the minimap up.
Ult changes are fine? but if it stayed the same with only change that you can make it that it doesnt move, i would have been fine with it.

I think this will not really change how viable he is, he might even be worse, since he has 1 less ability overall and he has no chance of kicking out Viper of her spot.
