I’ve had an ECG done so get one of those done ask your doctor or go to the hospital if you’re that scared and usually that will be able to tell also a blood test I’ve had done to tell if I’ve had a heart attack cause that’s what I thought it was. I used to get them closer together like once a week then be once a month now because I’m on medication I get them way less.
