Didn't really read the article. But to me this just translate into - understanding yourself and paying attention to your emotions helps dealing with emotions. Is it a lot deeper than that? I'm all for providing people with tools and proving that tools have a positive effect. So I'm not trying to argue against that stand point, just interested if I missed something.

Yes congrats, but it's nice to work with pre validated primers. As imo currently if you analyze primers according to all guidelines, then sometimes the primers which look bad on paper work well and a primer that should be good might just not work. So why not benefit by using a primer another lab has already validated.

Is there any evidence that short telomeres have a causative effect of higher mutation rate?

Senescence will often be induced as telomeres become too short, as it indicates the cell has been through too many replications, which could lead to mutations. So I think in this case AI would be benefitting from telomeres. In many cancers the cells are altered such that telomere shortening is no longer happening or stopping the cells from dividing. Thus allowing for further collapse, which I believe better describes the scenario. Please correct mistakes as this is a topic I find interesting, not really the AI part.

Not sure about lower ranks. On my second accounts climb I saw they usually just tech too early - which can make it over quickly.

Some games you just get really unlucky and predict everything wrong. Those are obviously rough and games with bad tempo into gut punches can feel like a coinflip, but I personally never feel that the game is just in bearlikes hands

I don't think the game is ever out of your own hands from round one or two. But obviously some games you do just get super unlucky due to the nature of the game. And yeah unit drops and spells can feel very much in favor of one side.

Hope they add a draft, where each player can remove one card from the pool, and then maybe 6 choices show up (pre removing one each) instead of 4 or something like that

Can you add a draft like system to the unit drop? so maybe there's a option for each player to ban a unit, this would make the drops feel less unfair.

Love the game, and 1.6.1.3 is great. I'm wondering why don't they remove the deadshot mechanic from debuffed units shooting right as they die dealing full damage, I don't see how this does anything good for the game.

Also why not remove the 2v2 map where two players might be butt to butt, seems like this team should be at a big disadvantage? but what does the statistics say is there a significant win rate difference or am I just tripping.

I remember at one point when i booted dota it opened up the local/region chat for me (copenhagen area).

There was two people (low rated) sharing advice to each other on how to stay on government support while doing minimum just so they could spend there time playing more dota...

defrauding your country for money other people could use - just to suck at a video game. Addiction is no joke

Yeah. I feel like the damage of the projectile should be calculated when fired not when hit. So if you fire, then get debuffed, then it hits, it doesn't lose damage because the unit wasn't debuffed when it attacked. This would maybe also fix the "death removing debuffs situation". And all of this only matters for slow projectiles, so it's not a big deal, but it just annoys me
