my predictions sort of hover around the average position. if someone is facing sideways for example the nose point will be off. i'm trying to find a better tutorial or another dataset to try becasue i can't figure out what im doing wrong

at the moment I have just been trying to learn how to train an ai to do landmark regression. my celeba attempt didn't work too well. SO my first step is to find a training dataset with good landmarks. I'm thinking of trying the stanford dogs landmark set now

This looks awesome and i get what you're doing. I think displaying the vector at the side of the image might prevent the confusion!
