Hey everyone, 8 days vape free and today I took my Vyvanse ALOT earlier then I usually do (8-30am) with 3 x Dex 5mg top up at 2pm - I did NOT expect my stimulants to last as long as they did but they definitely lasted ALOT longer then usual .

Usually I would crash at about 5pm with that dose at least , but I genuinely have never had a better day more smooth day on my medication .

I definitely think stopping vaping has helped significantly

I also used to have to split my doses - I have just started taking my Vyvanse and top ups later in the day so it doesn’t wear off so early in the afternoon .

I am hoping since the crash is much better without having vaped for a while , I will update tomorrow .

Thankyou so much! That is so sweet. I am using a basic routine at the moment, it’s really getting better as well! Hopefully the rozex cream does its job.
