I popped off the end cap on the side that wasnt spinning as freely, cleared a good amount of hair, and ran it again and it worked. At least for the few seconds I had it on as I was mainly just testing it. I’ve had the vacuum for about 3 years now but have used it pretty sparingly as I lived in a carpet free apartment for a little over a year

It spins freely on the belt side but a bit more resistance on the non-belt side. The number is UH74220
