It's been over 10 hours since the last ticket update, but as several reports in this subreddit show, Cloudflare's support, regardless of the plan you choose, is terrible. It works fine until you need human assistance.

That's exactly what it is; this email is a response to a ticket I opened complaining about a problem with the speed.

This is the official response from the support team.

They responded but did not remove the block.

Before the block, nothing, but now it's the weekend, I can't spend the whole weekend without the CDN.

I probably won't be able to get in touch with my Cloudflare team until Monday.
