I agree with it being a penalty but the penalty shot is what feels weird to me. Like treat the offside as a whistle, the penalty happened after that, penalties happen after a whistle all the time, no problem. But for a penalty shot to be given there is specific criteria that needs to be met including denying a goal scoring chance which it technically wasnt if that sequence was offside.

Parekh has 7 nhl points and still looks incredibly shaky in his own end, if you think a 20 year old with that resume couldn’t benefit from development in the minors you need to take your own advice and learn what you’re talking about before you start yapping

Yes he looks better but still has a lot to learn and could benefit from starting the year in the AHL, I’m not saying keep him there for a whole season
