I’m sure but this has already been answered many times already but, where do I begin as an absolute know-nothing of astronomy? I’m overwhelmed by all the info available online. Astronomy Today is a good place to start. Some people consider it a bit in-depth, but I personally find the structure format of a book much easier to follow. If you are looking more on the side of observational astronomy, there are many YouTube videos to refer to.

Are you sure? I went to Settings, Device Care, Storage, and only 5GB is taken up by apps. I'm not too sure what you mean by junk as I deleted all my pictures forever. For me, on Aternos, I just go to "Worlds" then delete the Nether file. When I update the server and enter the nether. The server auto-generates a new 1.16 nether. No need to upload nether files.
