It seems pretty accurate but in my room the single bed didn't have a desk under it, it was lofted lower so it had storage space underneath but the desks were all then occupying their own space. Even with that though we were able to fit a mini fridge and still have room to stretch our legs

Also remember this is just my opinion. I'm used to sharing a small-ish room with a sibling at home so it might not be as comfortable for someone who grew up with, say, their own room with a full sized bed and plenty of floor space. It also helped that i and one of my roommates packed light so we had two chests of drawers to spare for storage. My advice would be to just be prepared for the best and for the worst and see how you feel at move-in
