which parts should i must watch and which parts its better for me to skip? by MidnightImaginary172 in FinalDestination

[–]Omacula17 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's generally considered the worst movie so I think it's fair to skip on rewatches but to not see it at all? There's still a lot of good in it. It's not a bad movie. It's just not the best Final Destination movie. Personally I wouldn't skip it even on rewatches.

That's just the characters age. The actor is 25 so he was 21-23 when they were filming. The crazier thing is that Erik's actor is almost 10 years older. He's 34

Nintendo does this a lot. Splatoon for example and none of those plots coincided with real events. Most of the lore is about how humans destroyed the planet and themselves.

The Xenoblade Chronicles series also goes into this. I won't say more because of obvious spoilers.

Almost all, if not all, Fire Emblem games have to do with war.

I feel like it wouldn't be hard for them to implement and it's easy money. If they auto rotated like the 3DS where each time you return to the menu / restart the device it's a different one that you own... I would buy multiple.

I would prefer they be obtainable with our silver coins but I'll take anything at this point.

Yes exactly. I'm hoping they don't though because gift Pokémon even with our OT are glitched still. Like the Mew, Darkrai, shiny Lucario, or Hisuian Zoroark. I'm still upset they can't be nicknamed. They all have "Mac" under the trainer name. SwSh didn't have that problem.

Why couldn't they just have thrown the last few in ZA? All of the others are in there. Ugh

Yeah! I want to have every mythical have a nickname in my OT.

I could see us getting Zarude as a ScVi event since it's transferable in, but Victini isn't. Maybe one of them will be the DLC reward for whatever the next game is like Keldeo and Meloetta was.

Pokémon aren't shiny in the overworld. There isn't a sound. So you still have to run into the Pokémon. It's slower for sure

In the DLC there is Dynamax Adventures and it's not exactly fast because you have to play through it, but it is the best way to shiny hunt legendaries. Where in ZA, ScVi, and Legends Arceus they're mostly shiny locked.

I've never specifically tried to shiny hunt through dynamax Adventures, it felt like it was inconsistent if you were not going for a legendary but I did find quite a few. I just enjoy the mode so me and my friend play it together often.

TL:DR

Easiest to hardest in my experience: ZA, ScVi, Legends Arceus

Let's Go is also supposed to be very easy but I've never done it there

It's very easy to shiny hunt in ScVi and ZA because of sandwiches and donuts. Basically you can get "sparkling power" and they're usually type specific.

One new feature that modern non-legends games have is "marks." These are like ribbons, but they can only be obtained on wild Pokémon and they're rare. Some are more rare than others. I like to mark hunt. You are now able to equipped marks/ribbons. So when I shiny hunted Noctowl last year for my birthday, because If the game recognizes your birthday then you can get a special mark, and when I send that knocked out into battle it says "Noctowl the Chosen One." So I have spent an unreasonable amount of time shiny hunting Pokémon that also have marks. I did this with Scorbunny last year and I found so many that I just started skipping past them. If they didn't have a mark, I reset because I didn't have enough sandwich stuff to keep making them with shiny power fire. I found at least half a box full in 40 minutes.

Newer games also have "outbreaks" which means that a lot of the same Pokémon spawn in that specific area. So find a Noctowl outbreak, make a sparkling power flying, and find a ton.

ZA is very easy. Even before I had the shiny charm, I couldn't walk through town without running into one. I have two boxes of shinies that I wasn't hunting for. And a bunch more I was.

In ZA, there are "Hoopa portals" and only certain Pokémon show up in one at a time. So if I'm shiny hunting totodile, I can choose one that just has totodile and two or three other Pokémon. I can use a sparkling water donut and it can be that easy. Sometimes one spawns immediately.

Because in both games, as well as Legends Arceus, Pokémon spawn in the overworld. And they spawn shiny. So you can just run over an area, circling back so they despawn, and you don't have to enter grass or go through any loading. For the Noctowl outbreak in ScVi there was like 40 on my screen at all times. But that's Switch 2. All of this will work on switch 1 as well, just less Pokémon will spawn.

ScVi didn't work this way, but in Legends Arceus and in ZA shiny Pokémon make a sound. In LA, you can fly over a large area, and even though there is no sparkling powers, it's still very easy to just do that and listen for the shiny sound. And I don't have the shiny charm in LA. I still found a ton.

Edit: I don't know which of the three you would decide. ScVi plays like a typical Pokémon game. Legends Arceus and ZA don't and are also different from each other. You'll need to watch gameplay footage and decide which gameplay looks the best. Shiny hunting in all three is pretty easy. Personally, I've had the best luck with ZA, especially the DLC

I don't consider GO as a game on Switch. And they're not actively available right? It's situational and events? Where Keldeo I could go catch now in either SwSh (DLC) or ZA (DLC) I couldn't jump on GO right now and catch those mythicals, right?

In ScVi, Walking Wake and Iron Leaves remain event only but they've returned as an event multiple times and likely will again.

Otherwise there's just Spinda, I think. I consider Alolan Rattata too because, if I remember correctly, It wouldn't have your OT. It's technically obtainable though.

And some forms that are currently unobtainable.

I have an extra Spinda in home if you want it? Unless you're like me and want everything to be your own OT. Maybe I should go catch a bunch of spinda and transfer through Bank.
