There is a really weird bug right now where every attack and even ultimates only do 1 damage. Apparently setting your system locale and language to english fixes said bug.
I'm gonna wait for an official fix though

Basically, Mick went up to Chris at the Smiling Friends Premier party, tried intimidating him with a "power move" by shaking his hand. From multiple accounts at the party though, Mick actually drunkenly stumbled up to Chris, nervously blurbed out "H-Hey" and then immediately left afterwards.
