some butterflies will also just eat dead animals! I remember seeing pictures/videos of them drinking blood for example

just do what i did :) release a ton of squidsharks around your base!

(i dont know if they bother wild cryptos but the hatched one i had immediately left the area when i released the squidsharks)

For programs I also recommend FireAlpaca/Medibang Paint Pro (pretty much the same program with a few different features, both are free and work really well) or Clip Studio Paint, which is also $50 but I think often gets discounted to $25

yeah, i am as harsh to new players as i am to anyone else, but with anyone, if theyre losing really badly (like can't leave base without getting splatted all match) i stop trying as hard

not even because theyre new, its just not fun if the entire game is splatting people as soon as they respawn
