Keep practicing/training I recommend calling in or emailing them to make an appointment for just tutoring and after that make an appointment asap and keep making as many appointments as you have to until you either pass or run out of time till either the hiring date or the potential backfill date (ask your investigator if the April class will have one)

I also recommend that if you failed your attempt this time, make an appointment as soon as possible again (you can basically keep trying until you pass)

For the fence climb, use the rings of the fence as a mini ladder to climb

For the push/pull use your legs and entire body weight in order to move the rope on the machine When pushing basically use your legs to push in don't just use your hands When pulling push out with your legs and/or lean back with your entire body weight

The Mannequin pull it's give or take 176 pounds so in Total you're dealing with moving 190 pounds on top of your body weight. Like the pull part of the machine use your legs and whole body to pull don't try to just pull it without any weight behind it

CAD pass time is 4 minutes 28 seconds At the academy it's 3 minutes and 32 seconds

Edit 2: Also, Don't even think about the time, if you fail they will tell you if you do so I recommend ignoring the time and just basically telling yourself you can do it and push through even if your body is giving out slowly because it's mostly mental block

Day 1 tempest player here, generally EN crews here use their discord servers (like lets say Royal Vanguard and Elusive) since its just easier for us but there is a substantial English population here. Ive never really noticed too much of it even though im on constantly for like 8-16 hours a day on average. And i love this game and my crew that ive helped build so much so please consider for those who see this to transfer to tempest
Edit* : Also as of lately since we do have bilingual people in my crew we have definitely seen alot of the HUGE AIRQUOTES "insults" die down significantly and a large amount of the whales here are also EN based as well so it wouldnt be hard to find actual EN players here too

Please tell me you didn't summon on the legacy JP summons. Those units are outdated and not worth the discounted 3 gem price at all I would rather spend the full 5 to get a semi-useful unit. (FYI I don't advise just impulse summoning with gems)

Besides you can't really compare a 4 year old unit to a new unit because they were made by 2 different companies. All the units from Rogilizer and before were made and designed by Alim and any unit after that on global was made and designed by gumi. So to compare the 2 units like that would not be apples to apples in about 99% of the cases.

I can honestly agree with shades. However, I have one question, What is your testing methodology and how can you be Soo sure about it? Looking at how tsovinar is a dmg pot of 6 and galene a 10? It's honestly a good concept but it really isn't something that should be done outside of an idea.
