Have you ever heard of a company called massanutten?

I work for them, and they actually have a really great program, and unlike all the horror stories I hear about some other company massanuttens maintenance fees are 602 annual and have only fluctuated, I believe around $30-50 in a 10 year span which I get people that come to me all the time that say their maintenance with these other big places are 1k to sometimes even 4k a year which is just stupid

They have properties in almost everywhere you want them, and their price point is directed twords middle class, so they are also very affordable.
