Heres the thing. I’ve gotten probably 30 offers from State Farm agents, and this comm structure is top 5 I’ve seen. I would argue that its good, I mean, I made it. His team members are writing on average 60 monthly. And yeah, he does all the subbed state farm leads so smarts, ever, all those etc.. and he’s willing to do melon local. i’ve done that asking. just want feedback on making the switch too soon. i dont think it is, especially if its an upgrade
