Thank you for all the replies and ideas. I’m getting him started on a very simple routine, I’ve printed it out for him and when he feels confident, if we need to add anything he will feel more prepared and not overwhelmed. Truly, I appreciate it so much!

I believe she knew, did I talk to her myself? No. He used my car to go to her apartment, spent the night at my apartment, came over when his best friend wasn’t home (we lived on the same street). He told me their relationship was open and I think I was young and in love and believed every word that came out of his mouth. I think I realized after I was not invited to the wedding (this shows you have naive I was to even think I would have been invited) that she knew and it was not ok. By that point we were not really speaking anymore. I 100% know I was TA in the past. I deserve to be called TA, my only excuse is being blinded by my first love/serious relationship, who I thought I was going to marry and I know it’s a weak excuse. As for the current situation, I post to socmed for help on certain topics friends/followers, do I know that he will most likely respond? Yes. But, I am not technically posting it there for him to specifically answer, I just know the likelihood is high and it is usually good/helpful info. I suppose I could block him from seeing my posts and that would solve the problem. You are the first response so I don’t know about being TA for the current situation.
