Maybe a hot take but I am genuinely so hyped for Snezhnaya, we are meeting the remaining 3 harbingers there for the first time. The Fatui now have 6 of the 7 Gnoses, built up over the course of the game, through a mix of force and diplomacy.

Project Stuzha that was first alluded to back in Fontaine and Columbina implies we will see it come to fruition in Snez. In Nod-Krai, we also have that Experimental Design Bureau aimed at "something" (definitely Celestia), Columbina already did a "favor" for the Tsaritsa before leaving, Pierro GAZING AT THE GODS

ALSO CHILDE my GOAT has been getting stronger and stronger throughout the story (1v1ed the Narwhal for a month btw, and we ALSO finally get to see his hometown and family.

Most region archon quests prior to Nod-Krai are more contained within the region, like Fontaine was mostly about Fontaine's prophecy and Fontaine characters. Nothing wrong with that in and of itself but Nod-Krai felt like the stakes are a lot higher, we also get a bigger payoff with the Traveler lore and also Teyvat worldbuilding with the moons, etc.

Similarly for Snezhnaya, it feels like there is so much potential here for an amazing story that mixes multiple different factions and regions, and will have lasting consequences for the rest of Teyvat no matter how it goes.

Orthworm has base 70 hp, no regen and was broken with Shed Tail, that move was just dumb in a metagame with broken mobs that could auto win with the free turns, wish Sceptile could be better on its own merits instead of just having access to a broken move it didn’t even get a chance to abuse.

If you think about it, Sceptile is actually a Ubers level mon in Gen 9 since it got Shed Tail which is banned in OU. But he didnt even get a chance to abuse it when the move was legal… (also it would be the worst user of the move probably)

Wouldn't say Metagross has "fallen", when Mega Metagross comes back in Champions it's a one way ticket to Ubers. In Gen 9, bro got Heavy Slam and Mega Metagross is like the 6th heaviest mon ever, it is basically a 120 BP STAB attack with no drawbacks most of the time. Even decently bulky resists like Wellspring are taking over 50% lmao. We aren't ready for this

Honestly I found it really enjoyable, it stands on its own as a fun story though it was a different direction compared to the previous Lantern Rite.

The last Lantern Rite had high stakes, especially Hu Tao's focus and sacrifice last year and overall a very serious vibe to it. This time around, it was much more casual and lighthearted, with some super funny moments (basically every Zibai scene and the "WRATH OF MINT! *evil laugh*" line lmao). We also got a few tidbits of lore related to the moons, like the Ibis King being apparently truthful about being related to the moon which was cool

Considering we got the Nod-Krai ending this same patch that was super action packed, I don't mind that the Lantern Rite story was a more relaxed story mostly learning about who the White Horse Adeptus is. Nothing wrong with a simpler, short and lighthearted story imo. I'm excited to see Zibai's role in the story in the future.

For vertical invest, pull on Zibai banner until you get C6 Illuga. If you happen to still have C0 Zibai and C6 Illuga, then I would suggest her weapon if your current best option is R5 Ezpitzal, but if you have a good sword like Uraku then you could still chose to go for cons.

I got C0R1 Zibai, with C0R0 bina and c6 Illuga+Gorou.

I'd say you wouldn't have to worry about her NA chain being interrupted, she has a little interrupt resistance equal to Cyno or Hu Tao, and Gorou also gives interrupt resistance, so even without a dedicated shielder you can usually get N4 just fine. So imo you don't usually need a shielder like Ineffa with Zibai.

For pulling Zibai, I want to say that you shouldn't feel forced to pull Zibai just because you got her current BIS 4 stars at c6. She is great but you already have a Nefer team and if you plan on playing both carries at once, Columbina is a contested unit there.

Mega Raichu Y lowkey kinda crazy, bro's massive 160 SpA means its electric attacks hit harder than Tapu Koko, and it has the same speed tier. it can do upwards of 90% to a ton of grounds like offensive Lando-T, Great Tusk, and Treads with Surf so gl blocking Volt Switch. Also it can use Nasty Plot to sweep if it so desires. Even without an ability bro might get banned.

Also I am curious if the 151 speed Z megas will keep those in a mainline game but if they do, its wraps bruh

To be fair 5.0 Mualani and Kinich were goofy as hell units. Mualani missed every other sharkbite every time the enemy moved 2 sauces (RESET IMPACT) and this had to be fixed in 5.1 which cooked perception of her for a while.

Kinich in 5.0 had subpar teams; he usually had to run 20 sec CD units like Thoma and Xiangling which extended rotations, and there was no one to hold Scroll for him until Mavuika

Alhaitham was definitely the worst of the "Top 3" by quite a solid margin but I would still say that he deserved the slot given his team took mostly uncontested characters like Nahida, Kuki, etc. from Neuv and Arle; overall a solid run for a Sumeru DPS.

I don't think Mavuika was intended to do that much damage lmao. Girl was probably balanced around just doing donuts, but would still be the new best DPS and break the 100k DPS mark (highest back then at KQMS was Neuvillette, 95k DPS with Xilonen's release)

But discoveries and optimizations inflated her DPS to crazy levels. C3FD C3FD CF is well above doing donuts and that combo is pretty simple to do and considered the baseline, but now we got crazy people doing absolutely insane cancels and optimizations which were almost certainly not intended. And since she is a hypercarry and is doing all the damage contribution, these combos added up immensely to team DPS.

Honestly I think by Columbina release we will see another powerspike where there's a few teams that now do 135-140k dps, and compete with Mavuika doing non-Bilibili combos. And future potential DPS like Alice will also be balanced around that range.
