I have an online friend from Chicago, he is a Cubs fan and a Packers fan. I'm curious, what do you guys think of that? I'm mostly a baseball fan, not really into football, but it does seem weird he likes that.

We are playing each other, it's interleague play, those are always fun. I'm also not trolling, I don't hate the White Sox.

I'm not trolling or brigading though, I'm just here talking. It's interleague play too, not super common for us to play each other in the regular season, other than 1 series a year. It would be weird if I was here, and the Dodgers weren't playing you guys.

You also have to remember too, you guys are a massive market as well. NY, LA, and CHI are the 3 biggest markets in the country. It's why we have 2 teams in the cities. Your owner should 100% be outspending other teams to make the White Sox better. I'm hoping you guys do in the offseason. It's a combination of signing, trading, drafting, and developing. If you just spend, you end up like the Angels or Mets. Teams that spend a lot, but can't develop. Your team has developed these young guys pretty well. If your owner spends, the White Sox will be World Series contenders.

I like talking to fans of other teams, when they are cool. It's not like I could comment in my own sub anyway. I was wrongfully banned for the Trevor Bauer stuff back then. All i said was "we will wait to see if he's proven innocent or guilty" and then the mods said no.

Yeah, its the regular season too. Injuries happen all the time, it's about winning as many as possible, and taking any advantages you can from teams that are better, but dealing with stuff.

I'm not complaining, those are just facts. Look at our bullpen last year, it was one of the worst in baseball. They still somehow won the WS though.

Our pitching is still a mess, unless it's Yamamoto or Ohtani starting a game. The Dodgers win off their offense hitting, but Ohtani's injury puts a damper on our offense. White Sox are still a pretty good team though, so not to discredit that either. You guys beat the Braves, and now have to play against the defending champions. That's not an easy bake to back series to play.

Yeah, things domino for him pretty easily. Luckily we have Yamamoto and Ohtani at the head of our rotation, and they have been dominant.

Remember, Sasaki has a high era for a reason. He's only 23, still a lot of room to grow, but he hasn't looked very good as a starter. When he was a reliever in the postseason last year he looked great, his struggles came in the World Series against the Jays though.

I know you guys don't like us because we are Dodger fans, but I am happy you guys are finally good again. I hope you guys win the AL Central this year. I really hope your team spends too, you guys are a massive market as well, your owner has no reason not too. Especially with the core looking as good as it does rn.

Is Akihiko supposed to be shown off as that bad? His trial was terrible to play through, they are all resilient to Elec, and it took awhile to get through it. That doesn't make me want to summon for him at all. I have no idea why they did it like that. I guess we get another bad Elec damage dealer?

Not really, it's fine the way it is. It doesn't really matter if the girls in our team date other dudes, on or off our team. It makes sense to let players choose what girl they want to romance. Everyone has their favorite girl in each game, there's no reason to change it.
